View schedule guidance in Client (Guidance tab)

Schedule guidance from a longer term plan can be sent from RPMGlobal’s Scheduling Solution to EPF for XECUTE to consume. The guidance data consists of mandatory and optional fields. The mandatory fields are used by XECUTE to define the key inputs, and the optional fields are available to assist in interpreting and visualising the schedule guidance.

	Field	Description
1	Guidance visibility	Toggle visibility of all guidance shapes.
2	Display style	Filter the guidance data based on the shape type, options include: All Polygons Solids
3	Legend	The legend applied to the guidance data, options include: Single Colour - Single selected colour for all shapes. Colour Range - Colours taken from the colour range based on the field selected in the Legend Field drop-down list. <Legend name> - Apply the custom legend based on the field selected in the Legend Field drop-down list.
4	Legend Field	List of guidance fields to be used with the selected Legend, only available for Colour Range and user legends.
5	Opacity	The opacity of guidance shapes.

Search - Search box (right hand side of tab) to filter the guidance rows on, applies fuzzy text search across all fields in the grid.

Convert To Activity Area - Converts the selected rows to activity areas. See Convert to activity areas.

Each field in the grid can be filtered and sorted; advanced filters can be designed by clicking the Pencil icon in the lower right of the tab.

The grid layout and filter settings are saved in the user's XECUTE cache folder for each site.
